Interesting stuff, to say the least. Of particular note is just how pitcher-friendly the National League is these days relative to other loops.

You, of course, see a lot of variance among minor-league circuits, and that's why straight comparisons of numbers across leagues are particularly ill-advised. For instance, you should seriously discount a hitter's numbers in the Pioneer League just as you should adjust upward any offensive numbers put up in the Florida State League. Vice-versa, of course, for pitchers in those leagues.

Anyhow, Marshall's piece is worth a bookmark for future reference.
