Giants infielder Joaquin Arias drew his first start of the season Tuesday against the Dodgers. Arias played at first base in the absence of Brandon Belt, who was out with an illness.
Arias didn't let the start go to waste. He contributed an RBI single, as he finished 2 for 4 with one run. Arias, who came off the bench in Monday's opener, is batting .400 (2 for 5) through two games.
