Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton (shoulder) was participating in baseball activities at the team's spring complex in Arizona on Tuesday, according to The Dallas Morning News.
Hamilton spent an hour running. He also went through throwing drills and took about 50 swings off a tee in a batting cage.
“It was good to get out there and see other guys in uniform and be on the field and in the cage,” Hamilton said. “It brings back good memories of being here.
“Today is the first day of the beginning of something good. I’m excited about it.”
