Rockies OF Kyle Parker doubles, scores twice in loss to D-Backs

Rockies outfielder Kyle Parker went 2 for 4 with a double and two runs scored in a loss to the Diamondbacks on Thursday.

Parker has been seeing more time with the Rockies completely out of it and he desperately needs the at-bats. In 44 games this season, Parker is batting a putrid .181 with 37 strikeouts in 105 at-bats. The youngster had some nice numbers in Triple-A, but he'll need to show more at the upper level to stick around next season.
