White Sox reliever Daniel Webb pitched a scoreless inning of relief on Friday, begining his rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte. Webb picked up the win on Friday, retiring the side in order in his inning of work.
Webb has been out of action since early August due to a back injury. It is not yet known when he will be able to return to the White Sox bullpen.
