Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak11M agoFirst shutout of 2026 for the Brewers, who beat the Pirates, 5-0, to avoid the sweep. Kyle Harrison struck out 12 over six innings and Trevor Megill, Aaron Ashby and Abner Uribe finished things up. Still no homers for the Brewers offense in 7 games, longest drought since 1999. -
The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation13M ago#Brewers Win! Final: 5-0! W: Harrison (2-1) Kyle set a career-high with 12 K, and the bullpen struck out six more in their 3.0 IP. A five-run 4th by the offense was more than enough to back all that pitching up. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy13M agoKyle Harrison's 12-strikeout gem led the way to the Brewers' first shutout victory of the season, 5-0 over the Pirates. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy1H agoKyle Harrison is the first Brewers pitcher since Freddy Peralta in 2023 to pitch six-plus scoreless innings with 12-plus strikeouts. Lauer and Nieves are the only other left-handers who have done that. https://t.co/MfZrMdNv6Y https://t.co/kBacMKEmlI -
Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak2H agoThe Brewers *still* haven't homered, but they *have* put up a 5-spot and chased Carmen Mlodzinski from the game in the fourth inning. Three singles, two doubles and a catcher's interference so far -- typical Milwaukee baseball this season. -
The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation2H agoHamilton hammers an RBI double off the base of the wall! 3-0 #Brewers in the 4th. -
The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation2H agoLuis Rengifo delivers a base hit with two outs to plate Bauers from second. 2-0 #Brewers in the 4th. -
The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation2H agoA single (Contreras), automatic double (Bauers), and a ground out (Sánchez) give the #Brewers a 1-0 lead in the 4th. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy18H agoPat Murphy was asked about the decision point in the 8th, when the Brewers left Greg Jones in to hit against righty Dennis Santana with two on and two outs in a tie game. He noted Jones' hard contact in the two previous ABs and said this: https://t.co/jWN0Qaajr9 -
Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak19H agoThe Brewers' losing streak stretches to four games after a 6-3 setback to the Pirates. The Miz struck out nine but struggled with his command, and the offense remains stuck in neutral.
