Diamondbacks' Dakota Chalmers: Gets NRI from Arizona

Chalmers signed a minor-league contract with the Diamondbacks on Saturday that includes an invitation to spring training. Chalmers didn't pitch anywhere in 2023 after finishing the 2022 season in independent ball. The 27-year-old has never appeared in the majors and has just one appearance at the Triple-A level, which came back in 2021.
