Al Jefferson "definitely out" Tuesday

Bobcats center Al Jefferson will not play in Tuesday's game against the Knicks, as he continues to deal with an ankle injury, according to the Charlotte Observer. Jefferson suffered the injury in the preseason, and has been sidelined since trying to play through it in the team's opener. He remains day to day.
