Joel Freeland will return vs. Golden State

Trail Blazers center Joel Freeland will make his return from a hip injury Friday night against Golden State, head coach Terry Stotts told the team's official website.

Freeland had missed Tuesday's game because of the injury. He is expected to come off the bench and will have his minutes "slightly" monitored. Freeland has not scored more than five points in a game this season.
