Cavaliers shooting guard Dion Waiters was pulled from Monday's game against the 76ers and is reportedly set to be traded, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.
Waiters was set to play in front of his hometown Monday and possibly start, but was removed from the bench just before tipoff. Alex Kirk, Lou Amundson and Waiters were all seen heading to the locker room at tip off.
Waiters, who is averaging 10.5 points and 2.2 assists per game, is rumored to be a part of a three-team trade involving the Thunder and Knicks. The trade will reportedly involve J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert going to Cleveland, according to Wojnarowski.
