Oklahoma City Thunder forward Serge Ibaka used a pump fake to beat San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan off the dribble before cuffing the ball on his right wrist to set up a powerful, running one-handed dunk during Game 4 of the Western Conference finals. 

The basket gave the Thunder a 59-48 lead during the third quarter.
