  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: First appearance since Nov. 26

Livers registered zero points, three rebounds, three assists and one block across 11 minutes Saturday in the Suns' 123-114 win over the Pelicans. Livers took the court for the first time since Nov. 26, after he had been sidelined for eight consecutive games due to a right hip strain before overcoming the injury and then going unused in the Suns' ensuing three games in coach's decisions. With Grayson Allen (knee), Ryan Dunn (knee) and Jalen Green (hamstring) all sidelined and with Mark Williams on a minutes restriction for the second leg of a back-to-back set, Livers got the chance to play Saturday but wasn't particularly effective during his time on the court. He'll likely find himself back outside of the rotation Monday in Washington if the Suns get one or both of Allen and Dunn back from injury.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Cleared to face Warriors

Livers (hip) is available for Saturday's game against Golden State. Livers has been upgraded from questionable to available, meaning he'll be making his return from an eight-game absence due to a right hip strain. In 13 appearances this season, Livers is averaging 2.5 points and 2.2 rebounds across 12.2 minutes.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Could play Saturday

Livers (hip) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Warriors. Livers has a chance to return Saturday from an eight-game absence due to a right hip strain. How he feels during morning shootaround and pregame warmups will ultimately determine whether he's cleared to play.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Won't play Thursday

Livers (hip) has been ruled out for Thursday's game versus the Warriors, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. This will mark Livers' eighth straight game on the sidelines, but he does appear to be close to returning, as he was initially listed as questionable for Thursday's game. Perhaps he'll be able to get back out there for Saturday's rematch with the Warriors.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Could return Thursday

Livers (hip) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Warriors. Livers has a chance to return Thursday from a seven-game absence due to a right hip strain. He's averaging 12.2 minutes per game this season, so his return could eat into the playing time of Jordan Goodwin and Ryan Dunn.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Ruled out for Sunday

Livers (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lakers. Livers will miss his seventh consecutive contest due to a right hip strain. He can be considered doubtful for Thursday's game against the Warriors until the Suns provide an update on his status.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Ruled out for Wednesday

Livers (hip) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Thunder. Livers will miss his sixth consecutive contest due to a strained right hip. With the two-way player sidelined, Nigel Hayes-Davis could see a slight bump in minutes.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Won't go Friday

Livers (hip) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Rockets, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. Livers will miss his fourth consecutive contest due to a strained right hip. The two-way player's next chance to suit up will come Monday against the Timberwolves.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Questionable for Friday

Livers (hip) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Rockets. Livers is in jeopardy of missing his fourth consecutive game Friday due to a hip injury. If Livers is unable to play, Nigel Hayes-Davis is the main candidate for an uptick in playing time.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Out again Monday

Livers (hip) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Lakers, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Livers will miss his third consecutive game Monday, and it's not a great sign that he's getting ruled out 24 hours in advance of tip-off. For now, he should be considered doubtful for Friday's game in Houston.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Won't play Saturday

Livers (hip) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against Denver. Livers will miss a second consecutive game while tending to a hip injury, and his next opportunity to play is Monday against the Lakers. Nigel Hayes-Davis and Rasheer Fleming are candidates for an uptick in playing time due to Livers' injury.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Ruled out for Friday

Livers (hip) won't play Friday against the Thunder, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. With both Livers and Grayson Allen (quad) unavailable for Friday's game, Jordan Goodwin should continue to see quality minutes for the Suns. Livers' next chance to play will come Saturday against the Nuggets.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Added to injury report

Livers (hip) is questionable for Friday's game against the Thunder. Livers is a late addition to the injury report, which generally isn't a good sign. His potential absence would likely give Jordan Goodwin a chance to get his minutes up into the 30s versus Oklahoma City.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Sees 20 minutes in win

Livers ended with three points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds and one block over 20 minutes during Thursday's 133-98 win over Indiana. With the Suns running the Pacers out of the building, Livers was able to see expanded run in garbage time. Livers is on the outside looking in as far as the nightly rotation goes, so most fantasy managers can leave him on the waiver wire with confidence.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Questionable for Tuesday

Livers (hip) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Warriors. If Livers can't give it a go Tuesday, it will mark his second consecutive absence. However, he's doesn't hold enough of a role in the Suns' regular rotation for his absence to have a fantasy impact.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Unlikely to face Spurs

Livers (hip) is doubtful for Sunday's game against San Antonio. Livers suffered a hip contusion during Friday's game against Utah and didn't return to the contest after sustaining the injury. If Livers winds up sitting out Sunday, look for Rasheer Fleming or Nigel Hayes-Davis to see an uptick in minutes

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Sees 21 minutes in loss

Livers ended Monday's 138-134 overtime loss to Utah with five points (1-3 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, two blocks and two steals across 21 minutes. Livers made his second appearance of the campaign Monday with Dillon Brooks sidelined by a groin issue. Livers, who is on a two-way contract, is pretty far down the depth chart in Phoenix. It's likely that he gets some G League reps soon once Brooks gets the green light to return.

  • Suns' Isaiah Livers: Inks two-way deal

Livers (hip) is slated to sign a two-way contract with the Suns, Shams Charania of ESPN reports Tuesday. Livers will return to the NBA after missing all of last season while recovering from hip surgery. In 2023-24, Livers averaged 5.0 points and 2.1 rebounds in 20.4 minutes per game over 23 regular-season appearances with the Pistons. The 2021 second-round pick isn't guaranteed a role with the NBA club, but there'll be plenty of opportunities for a Phoenix team that's in flux after trading Kevin Durant to Houston this offseason.

  • Isaiah Livers: Undergoes hip surgery

Livers (hip) underwent a hip resurfacing procedure Oct. 18th following two years of hip troubles, Omari Sankofa II of the Detroit Free Press reports. Livers is currently a free agent, but the 26-year-old's rehabilitation process will likely span the majority of the 2024-25 campaign. A more concrete timeline could emerge in the coming months for the former Piston and Wizard.

  • Isaiah Livers: Cut loose by Washington

The Wizards waived Livers (hip) on Friday. The transaction opened up a spot on the 15-man roster for guard Jared Butler, who was upgraded from a two-way deal to a standard NBA contract. After being acquired from the Pistons on Jan. 14, Livers never appeared for the Wizards before being shut down for the season in February due to joint capsule inflammation in his right hip. Livers was already set to be a free agent this offseason, so the Wizards will give him a head start on finding his next stop.
