Cecil Shorts has a big game against Seahawks

Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts had a big yardage day against the Seahawks.

Shorts was targeted a team-high 15 times. He caught 8 passes for 143 yards. The Jaguars struggled through the air, keeping Shorts out of the end zone.
