Did Mike Tomlin try to trip Jacoby Jones? Sure looks like it
We can't confirm that Mike Tomlin tried to trip Jacoby Jones but from the replays available it sure does look like it.

Man it sure looked like Mike Tomlin tried to trip Jacoby Jones on Thursday night. The Steelers coach was caught by cameras appearing to get in the way of the Ravens returner on a big 73-yard play where was kind of forced back away from the sideline thanks to Tomlin.
It's certainly a questionable location for the coach to be standing during Jones return.

It's even more questionable when you see that Tomlin was checking out the big screen during the runback thanks to this screenshot:

And then there's Tomlin's look back -- he's clearly checking over his shoulder during the play in question, right?

A GIF of the play shows that Tomlin isn't necessarily surprised by Jones coming up but rather prepared to move out of the way at the last moment.

Remember that the Jets were fined a massive amount of money when special teams coach Sal Alosi attempted to trip a Dolphins player during a kick return.
It stands to reason that Tomlin will get an envelope from the league requesting a large amount of money.
