LOOK: Trent Richardson looks shredded after dropping 22 pounds
Trent Richardson has trimmed down since the last time you saw him.

Eddie Lacy isn't the only the NFL running back who has shed some serious weight this offseason -- so has Trent Richardson.
After ballooning up to 240 pounds a few months ago, the newly-signed Ravens running back got serious about working out and is now down to 218 pounds, according to Mike McCoy, the magician behind Richardson's weight loss.
"He had to learn how to value himself again. I challenged and pushed him," McCoy told TouchdownAlabama.net. "The one thing people like about me is that I don’t kiss butt. I told him that he had to get a few squares out of his circle and focus on himself."
The 22-pound weight loss means that Richardson is now lighter than he was when he starred at Alabama. During his time with the Crimson Tide, Richardson's playing weight was 224 pounds.
Richardson's immense success in Tuscaloosa is what led the Browns to make him the No. 3 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Although he was a star running back in college, he's been a bust so far in the NFL. After being selected by the Browns, Richardson didn't work out in Cleveland, where he only spent one season before being traded to Indianapolis.
Even though they gave up a first-round pick to land Richardson, the Colts cut their losses and dumped the 25-year-old running back in 2014 after just two seasons.
In 2015, Richardson went to training camp with the Raiders, but he was let go, in part because he showed up to training camp overweight.
"We've got to see some of the explosiveness that he had when he was a young man playing for the Crimson Tide there," Raiders coach Jack Del Rio said at the time.
Richardson officially signed with the Ravens on April 18, and it looks like he's well-aware that this might be his last shot to make it in the NFL.
According to McCoy, the slimmed-down running back has his explosiveness back and just might end up shocking a few people in 2016.
"Don't be surprised if you see Trent in the Pro Bowl or if he's named among the top five running backs in the league next season," McCoy said. "Mark my words."
Richardson will be on the ultimate "prove it" deal in Baltimore. The running back signed a one-year, $675,000 deal that includes zero dollars in guaranteed money.
