Nick Foles picked off twice in preseason opener

Eagles quarterback Nick Foles showed some struggles in his first preseason game as the unquestioned starter Friday night against the Bears.

His first drive included a pass that was almost an interception before an interception by Ryan Mundy. Foles worked three series with the first-team offense and was picked off by Sherrick McManis on his final drive of the night. He completed 6 of 9 pass attempts for 44 yards, with no touchdowns and a pair of interceptions. He will look to work out the kinks on Friday at New England.
