Ravens cornerback Tramain Jacobs has been given a $510,000 exclusive-rights free agent tender, according to the Baltimore Sun.
Jacobs, 22, saw action in three games last year after being promoted from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. He finished the 2014 campaign on injured reserve after suffering a thigh injury.
