WATCH: Megatron snags 3 TDs, keeps breaking his Thanksgiving record
Calvin Johnson's three TDs against the Eagles make it a record 11 for the Lions wide receiver.
All Calvin Johnson does on Thanksgiving is catch touchdowns. Make it seven straight Turkey Days where Megatron has found the end zone, an NFL record.
Johnson didn't just catch one TD Thursday against the Eagles, he went back for seconds and thirds, breaking his own Thanksgiving record for a total of 11.
His TD hat trick against the Eagles started with a laser from Matthew Stafford on third-and-17 with just 17 seconds left in the first half.
After the Eagles sacked Stafford for a seven yard loss with just 17 seconds left in the first half, the Lions were left to face a third-and-17 from Philly's 25 yard line. Detroit could have run a draw play or a short pass to set up an easy field goal, but instead, the Lions decided to throw a pass to their not-so-secret weapon: Megatron.
For the 7th straight season, make sure to leave room for a Megatron Touchdown catch this Thanksgiving. #PHIvsDET https://t.co/NCV5YgZn9w

Why weren't the Eagles TRIPLE TEAMING Megatron on this play?
I have no idea. But clearly, two people aren't enough to cover Johnson.

Basically, if Johnson's playing on Thanksgiving Day, you should start him in your fantasy league or pray you're not playing against him.

Johnson's score gave the Lions a 24-7 halftime lead.
Stafford and Johnson would also connect on a 4-yard touchdown in the second half to give the Lions a 31-7 lead.
Megatron completed the hat trick by catching a third touchdown pass in the third quarter. The 3-yard scoring play was Stafford's fifth touchdown pass of the day.
It's Thanksgiving Day and Calvin Johnson is HUNGRY. Watch him feast for his 3rd TD of the day. #PHIvsDET https://t.co/fkaLyrPdRO
