Diggs (knee) was let go by Washington on Tuesday, the team's official site reports.
Diggs never found his footing in Washington, as the 23-year-old missed all of last season recovering from knee surgery. The Redskins added speedster Robert Davis from Georgia State in the NFL Draft this past weekend, leaving little room for Diggs in a crowded receiving corps.
