    Humphrey signed a four-year, $72 million extension -- including $50 million guaranteed -- with the Chiefs on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. The extension makes Humphrey the highest-paid center in NFL history. Since being drafted in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Humphrey has started at center in every single game for the Chiefs over the past three seasons. The four-year extension ensures that Humphrey will continue to serve as Kansas City's anchor on the offensive line.
