The Bears cut Scarver on Sunday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Scarver signed with the Bears as an undrafted free agent Friday, but he's been waived just two days later. The Utah State product was an All-American return specialist in college and will look for another opportunity elsewhere in the NFL.
