Jones signed a contract with the Jaguars on Monday, Howard Balzer of SI.com reports.
Jones spent time with the Jaguars, Rams and Steelers last season, appearing in a total of 12 games. He didn't join Jacksonville until late December and played in two contests for the squad before the season wrapped up. He'll work to earn a rotational role in the Jags' linebacker unit in 2022.

Jones was waived by the Steelers on Tuesday, but he quickly found a new home. He figures to fill a role primarily on special teams, but could also serve as a depth linebacker. In three games in Pittsburgh this season, Jones recorded three tackles.

Jones agreed to a contract with the Steelers on Wednesday, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
After going undrafted out of Notre Dame in 2020, Jones spent time with the Texans, but he has yet to make his NFL debut. He'll work to compete for a depth role at linebacker with Pittsburgh this offseason.
