The rookie fifth-round pick sat out for most of the summer due to a knee injury he sustained in late 2023. Ford recovered from that injury and managed to play 13 snaps (nine on defense, four on special teams) and registered three tackles in Saturday's preseason game against the Cardinals. This latest setback could keep Ford from suiting up against San Francisco on Sunday.
