Correa re-signed with Tennessee on Wednesday, Terry McCormick of reports. Per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Correa's one-year deal is worth up to $3.5 million.

The 2016 second-round pick is coming off a 2019 campaign in which he logged 37 tackles and a career-high five sacks in 16 games. Now that he's back in the fold, the 25-year-old will continue to provide a pass-rushing element at outside linebacker.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Five sacks
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa recorded 37 tackles, five sacks and six tackles for loss across 16 games for the Titans in 2019.

Correa had his best statistical season, reaching career-high marks in sacks and tackles. He surged to close the campaign, getting to the quarterback four times in his last five regular season contests. He continued his strong performance in the postseason, racking up two additional sacks. Correa could have set himself up for a big payday with his close to the season as he is set to hit free agency in March.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Gets to the quarterback
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa recorded one tackle, a sack and forced a fumble in Sunday's 17-0 win over the Giants.

Correa saw an increased role due to the absence of Brain Orakpo (elbow). While he didn't rack up many tackles, he made a big impact, forcing a strip sack of Eli Manning late in the third quarter. The turnover set up a touchdown for the Titans, giving them a two-score lead. Even in limited playing time this season, Correa has proven to be a capable pass-rusher, as he now has 3.5 sacks on the season.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Limited participant Thursday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (foot) was limited during Thursday's session, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Despite the limited participation, there seems to be little doubt that Correa will be on the field to face Baltimore -- his former team -- on Sunday. Though he's been only a part-time player for the Titans, Correa has made an impact by recording two tackles for a loss and two sacks this season.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Practices Thursday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (back) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Turron Davenport of reports.

Correa sat out Sunday's win over the Jaguars due to a back injury, but he appears to have fully recovered. The third-year linebacker is seemingly on track to suit up Week 4 and will play a key rotational role in Tennessee's defense.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Downgraded to out
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Correa was originally listed as questionable after sitting out Friday's practice, but he will be unable to go. Harold Landry and Sharif Finch could see an increase in snaps providing depth at outside linebacker in his absence.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Sits out practice Friday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Turron Davenport of reports.

Correa was new arrival on Thursday's injury report, as he didn't practice then or Friday. The third-year pro has eight tackles and two sacks despite a limited role through two games. Since he's averaged just 32 snaps in those contests, he shouldn't be counted on in IDP settings.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Lands on injury report
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa is dealing with a back injury and did not practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Correa has recorded a sack in each of the first two games this season, but he now has a back injury after not being present on the injury report Wednesday. The extent of the issue remains unclear, and his participation or lack thereof at Friday's practice should provide some clarity about his status for Week 3.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: Another sack
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa recorded three solo tackles, a sack and two tackles for a loss in Week 2 against Houston.

Correa saw a diminished role in Week 2 in terms of snaps, but still made a few high-impact plays. Most notable was his second sack in as many games, but he also got pressure on another play, forcing DeShaun Watson to throw away a pass. Though the Titans have a number of notable veterans among their pass rushers, Correa has made his mark on the defense through two weeks.

Titans' Kamalei Correa: First career sack
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa recorded the first sack of his career and three total tackles in Week 1 against Miami.

Correa recorded his first caeer sack on a blitz from the right outside linebacker position, laying a blindside hit on Ryan Tannehill. He became a known name after his performance in the Hall of Fame game when he recorded six tackles, three sacks, an interception and forced a fumble. While that type of performance isn't likely to happen again during regular season action, Correa was on the field for 48 snaps in Week 1, with the majority of them coming at outside linebacker.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Traded to Titans
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa has been traded from the Ravens to the Titans for an undisclosed draft pick.

The 2016 second-round pick has 19 tackles and no sacks in 25 NFL appearances, splitting time between reserve roles at inside and outside linebacker in Baltimore's 3-4 defense. Correa has piled up 3.5 sacks this preseason while primarily playing outside linebacker, but it hasn't been enough to push for a key role on a team with strong depth at the position. He'll have a much better shot at playing time in Tennessee, where longtime starter Derrick Morgan (knee) is in danger of missing Week 1.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Lights up HOF Game
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa finished Thursday's Hall of Fame Game with six tackles, three sacks, an interception and a forced fumble.

Correa was the undisputed star of an ugly, low-scoring contest. He's bounced between inside and outside linebacker since being selected in the second round of the 2016 draft, never quite looking comfortable at either position. He certainly looked the part at OLB on Thursday, spending much of the night in Chicago's backfield. Terrell Suggs and Matthew Judon have the starting roles locked down, but Correa is at least making his case for a sub-package role as a pass rusher. He'll need to compete with Tyus Bowser, Za'Darius Smith and Tim Williams.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Drawing start at inside linebacker Sunday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa will start alongside C.J. Mosley at one of Baltimore's inside linebacker spots Sunday against the Bengals,'s Jamison Hensley reports.

Correa has been groomed throughout the preseason for this role following Zach Orr's early retirement. Although he's had some ups and downs in learning his new position after playing the edge in college, Correa has done enough to earn the starting spot alongside Mosley for Week 1. However, Hensley adds that Patrick Onwuasor is right on Correa's heels for that starting role should Correa struggle.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: In the mix for starting weak-side job
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Head coach John Harbaugh said he is confident Correa (ribs) can win the starting weak-side linebacker job,'s Jamison Hensley reports.

The 42nd overall selection in last year's draft, Correa logged just 48 defensive snaps in nine games, mostly contributing on special teams before a rib injury forced him to injured reserve in December. He made his mark in college as a pass rusher, but it seems the Ravens want him to play inside linebacker in their 3-4 defense, replacing early-retiree Zach Orr (neck). Baltimore could also use help at outside linebacker, which would seem to be Correa's more natural fit in the defense. Either way, he's expected to take on a key role as he prepares for his second professional season. He should have a clean bill of health with which to tackle whatever comes his way, as Correa's rib injury likely has cleared up at this point.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Placed on IR
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (ribs) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun reports.

Saturday's move to IR officially puts an end to Correa's rookie season. The 2016 second-rounder seldom saw the field on defense this season as he played more than 10 snaps in a game just once while less heralded rookies made significant impacts on that side of the ball. While injuries certainly played a factor in Correa's slow developing rookie season, the fact remains that he'll have his work cut out for him at offseason workouts and in training camp if he wants to lay claim to a larger role in the Ravens' defense.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Ruled out for Sunday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (ribs) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

After missing the entire week of practice due to a rib issue, Correa was ruled out Friday as expected. His absence will have a slight impact on Baltimore's special teams units, but it's unlikely to change the complexion of the defense.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Does not practice Wednesday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (ribs) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.

The rookie has battled a litany of injuries this season, including thumb and thigh injuries that have caused him to miss time. He played 17 special teams snaps Sunday but he did not get on the field with the Ravens' defense. His level of participation in practice the remainder of the week will shed light on his availability for Sunday, but even if he does play, he'll likely see the field only on special teams.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Cleared to play Sunday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (thigh) is active for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Though Correa was cleared to play after practicing in full the entire week, he'll have a tough time making an impact as a depth linebacker. He's recorded just four stops in six games on the season.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Questionable to play
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (thigh) is questionable to play Sunday against the Cowboys.

Correa practiced in full this week, so he doesn't appear to be in any real danger of missing Sunday's game.

Ravens' Kamalei Correa: Full practice Wednesday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Correa (thigh) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Correa has missed the past two games with a thumb injury, but his complete participation likely means he'll be healthy to suit up for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
