Stars' Tyler Seguin: Sets up game-winner
Seguin notched an assist in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Predators.
Seguin set up linemate Mason Marchment on the game-winning goal, which was scored at 18:15 of the second period. Along with center Matt Duchene, Seguin and Marchment form a strong second line for a deep Dallas forward group. Last year was Seguin's most productive since 2018-19 -- he produced 52 points in just 68 regular-season contests. The 32-year-old is no longer an 80-point threat annually, but he's an effective depth forward with modest physicality for fantasy purposes.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Registers assist Sunday
Seguin produced an assist, two shots on goal and four hits in Sunday's 2-1 loss to the Oilers in Game 6.
Seguin finished the postseason with five goals, eight assists, 59 shots on net, 32 hits and a plus-9 rating in a top-six role for the Stars, but he went without a goal in the last five contests. The 32-year-old forward was bothered by a lower-body injury late in the regular season, and it's unclear if that was still a factor in the playoffs, though he certainly played well enough to seem fully healthy. Seguin has three years left on a contract with a $9.85 million cap hit and a no-move clause, so he's a virtual lock to reprise his top-six role with the Stars in 2024-25 even though his offense doesn't match his salary at this stage of his career.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Provides two helpers in win
Seguin registered two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 5-3 win over the Oilers in Game 5.
Seguin helped out on Jason Robertson's first and third goals of the game. With Roope Hintz (upper body) back in the fold, head coach Pete DeBoer had him centering Robertson and Seguin on a new-look first line -- typically, it's been Joe Pavelski or Wyatt Johnston in that spot instead of Seguin. Through 16 playoff contests, Seguin has been strong with five goals, seven helpers, 51 shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-10 rating.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Scores twice in loss
Seguin scored two goals on six shots and added two hits in Thursday's 3-2 double-overtime loss to the Oilers in Game 1.
Seguin willed the Stars back into the game with a tally in the second period and the equalizer with 3:23 left in the third. The comeback went no further, as the Oilers got a Connor McDavid goal 32 seconds into the second overtime. Seguin has turned up his offense with five goals and two assists over his last six games. He's at 10 points, 45 shots on net, 20 hits and a plus-8 rating through 14 playoff appearances.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Slings helper Friday
Seguin logged an assist and two shots on goal in Friday's 2-1 double-overtime win over the Avalanche in Game 6.
Seguin appeared to be injured late in Wednesday's Game 5, but he was deemed fine a day later. The 32-year-old helped out on a Jamie Benn equalizer in the third period of Game 6. Through 13 playoff outings, Seguin has eight points, 39 shots on net, 18 hits and a plus-7 rating while filling a middle-six role.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Deemed fine after Game 5
Seguin (lower body) is considered fine after exiting Wednesday's Game 5 versus the Avalanche late in the third period, Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Seguin should be available for Friday's Game 6. The 32-year-old played on the third line Wednesday, but he could see more ice time than that role would suggest if Roope Hintz (upper body) is unable to suit up Friday.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Exits late in Game 5
Seguin sustained an apparent lower-body injury in the third period of Wednesday's Game 5 versus the Avalanche, Taylor Baird of NHL.com reports.
Seguin had two shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in 16:37 of ice time Wednesday. The Stars didn't have an update on his status, which isn't a surprise given it occurred late in the third period. More information should be available prior to Friday's Game 6 in Colorado.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Registers helper in win
Seguin logged an assist, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 5-1 win over the Avalanche in Game 4.
Seguin has three goals and an assist during his three-game point streak, surpassing his three helpers during the first round versus Vegas. The 32-year-old forward could be called on for a larger role if Roope Hintz (upper body) can't suit up in Wednesday's Game 5. Seguin has seven points, 35 shots, 17 hits and a plus-8 rating over 11 playoff appearances.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Scores twice in win
Seguin scored two goals on five shots and went plus-2 in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Avalanche in Game 3.
Seguin buried the go-ahead goal at 15:13 of the second period and added an empty-netter in the third. The 32-year-old went without a goal in the first eight games of the playoffs, but he's now scored three times over the last two contests. He's at six points, 33 shots on net, 16 hits and a plus-6 rating through 10 postseason outings. Seguin was bothered by a lower-body injury late in the season, but his recent offensive success suggests that he has put that issue behind him.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Nets shorthanded goal
Seguin scored a shorthanded goal on three shots and blocked two shots in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Avalanche in Game 2.
Seguin's shortie in the second period ended up being the game-winner. He buried the rebound from a Thomas Harley attempt. The goal was Seguin's first of the playoffs to go with three assists, 28 shots on net, 15 hits and a plus-4 rating over nine appearances. The 32-year-old should continue to see middle-six minutes as he looks to provide depth scoring for the Stars.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Assists in back-to-back games
Seguin logged a power-play assist, three shots on goal and two hits in Monday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights in Game 4.
Seguin helped out on a Wyatt Johnston equalizer in the second period. This was Seguin's second helper in as many contests, and he's added 11 shots on net, 11 hits and a plus-2 rating over four playoff games. The 32-year-old seems to be clicking well on the third line with Evgenii Dadonov and Joe Pavelski, though they'll likely only be relied on for depth scoring going forward.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Contributes helper in overtime win
Seguin produced an assist, four shots on goal and three hits in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Golden Knights in Game 3.
Seguin set up Miro Heiskanen's second-period tally. Between injuries and poor play, the Stars required a lineup shuffle, which saw Seguin join Joe Pavelski and Evgenii Dadonov on the third combination. The helper got Seguin his first point of the series. He battled a lingering lower-body injury late in the season that he's likely still managing in the playoffs. The 32-year-old recorded 52 points and 154 shots on net over 68 regular-season appearances.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Ready to rock
Seguin (rest) will return to the lineup Monday in Game 1 versus Vegas, Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Seguin will be back on the second line and second power-play unit after sitting out Wednesday's regular-season finale against St. Louis for rest. He racked up 25 goals, 52 points and 154 shots on net in 68 outings during the 2023-24 campaign.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Out Wednesday
Seguin (rest) won't be in the lineup versus St. Louis on Wednesday, per Brian Rea of Bally Sports Southwest.
Seguin has 25 goals and 52 points in 68 contests this season. He's dealt with a lower-body injury during the 2023-24 campaign, so that might be part of the reason why the 32-year-old is getting a breather ahead of the playoffs. Either way, he should be back in the lineup for Game 1 of the postseason.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Returns with two goals
Seguin scored two goals on three shots and added a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 7-4 win over the Avalanche.
Seguin was rested Saturday in Chicago before returning Sunday as he navigates a lingering lower-body injury. That may make his availability less than reliable for fantasy managers over the remainder of the season. Since initially returning from the injury, he's posted five goals and two assists over seven contests, giving him 25 tallies, 52 points, 146 shots on net and a plus-12 rating through 65 outings overall. Seguin will play on the second line and see power-play time when he's in the lineup, but the Stars likely won't ask him to do too much until the playoffs begin.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Good to go Sunday
Seguin (lower body) is suiting up Sunday against the Avalanche, Ryan Boulding of NHL.com reports.
As expected, Seguin will play after sitting out Saturday's game against Chicago. Dallas appears to be keeping an eye on his workload before the start of the postseason, so he may sit out another game before the end of the regular season. Seguin has 23 goals and 50 points through 64 games this season.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Will miss Saturday's game
Seguin won't play Saturday versus Chicago but will be in the lineup Sunday against Colorado. He's dealing with a lower-body injury, per Tracey Myers of NHL.com.
The Stars seem to be managing Seguin's workload ahead of the playoffs. The 32-year-old has 23 goals and 50 points across 64 outings in 2023-24. Mavrik Bourque will make his NHL debut against the Blackhawks due to Seguin's absence.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Lights lamp on power play
Seguin scored a power-play goal on three shots and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 5-0 win over the Oilers.
Seguin put the Stars ahead 2-0 in the second period with the first of the team's four goals over a span of 5:48. This was his first goal and point over three contests since he sat out a game for rest versus the Sharks on March 26. The 32-year-old missed nearly a month with a lower-body injury, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him rest again if the Stars can clinch the top seed in the Western Conference before the end of the campaign. Seguin has 23 goals, 50 points, 143 shots on net, 50 hits and a plus-10 rating through 64 outings.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Not playing Tuesday
Seguin (rest) won't play Tuesday against San Jose, according to Mike Heika of the Stars' official site.
Seguin will get the night off as a precaution after suiting up in Dallas' past three games. He sat out 11 contests previously due to a lower-body issue, so the Stars want to be cautious with him. Seguin has generated 22 goals, 49 points and 134 shots on net in 61 appearances this campaign. He will be replaced in Tuesday's lineup by Ty Dellandrea.
