  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Ends drought Saturday

Amadio scored a goal on three shots in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Capitals. After a hot end to December, Amadio cooled off with no points in his last six games. He snapped the drought Saturday with a second-period tally, which held up as the game-winner. The 26-year-old was moved onto a line with Chandler Stephenson and Jack Eichel, but Amadio saw only 14:42 of ice time, which is in line with his usual middle-six usage. For the season, the forward has seven goals, five helpers, a minus-4 rating, 47 shots on net and 37 hits through 33 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Nets another goal

Amadio scored a goal in Monday's 3-2 win over the Avalanche. Amadio stretched his point streak to seven games (five goals, four assists) with his first-period marker. That goal tied the game at 1-1, countering Nathan MacKinnon's tally in the opening minute. Amadio is still finding success on the top line, and he's up to six goals, five helpers, 42 shots on net, 28 hits and a minus-1 raitng through 26 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Extends point streak with goal

Amadio scored a goal on four shots, went plus-2 and added two hits in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Predators. Amadio's point streak is up to six games (four goals, four assists), coinciding with his move to the top line. It was his linemates -- Mark Stone and Chandler Stephenson -- who provided assists on his second-period tally. Amadio is up to five goals, 10 points, 41 shots on net, 28 hits and a minus-2 rating through 25 contests overall. He should continue to be a solid DFS and streaming option as long as he's on the top line.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Extends point streak with assist

Amadio logged an assist in Wednesday's 3-2 shootout loss to Anaheim. Amadio assisted on Ben Hutton's second-period goal, extending his point streak to five games. The 26-year-old forward has two goals and four assists in that span. It's been quite a run for Amadio, who's filled in for Jack Eichel (lower body) on Vegas' top line and power-play unit, considering he's never topped 18 points in a season. He now has four goals and five assists through 24 games this year. Amadio's production will likely dip when Eichel returns but he's certainly worthy of attention at this point.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Nets power-play goal

Amadio scored a power-play goal on four shots, added two PIM and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Kings. Amadio has scored in three straight games for the first time in his career, and he's added three assists during a four-game point streak. The 26-year-old's goal Tuesday was also his first power-play point since 2020-21 when he was with the Kings. The forward has eight points, 35 shots on net, 26 hits, eight PIM and a minus-4 rating in 23 appearances. As long as he's on Vegas' top line, he'll have some appeal in DFS and as a streaming option.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Thrives in top-line role

Amadio scored a goal on three shots, added two assists, logged two hits and went plus-2 in Friday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues. Amadio tallied in the second period and also helped out on goals by Alex Pietrangelo and Mark Stone. This was the most successful top-line outing of the year for Amadio, who worked alongside Stone and Chandler Stephenson as the trio combined for nine points. With five points in his last three games, Amadio may just be the Golden Knights' best option on the top line until Jack Eichel (lower body) returns. Amadio has three goals, four helpers, 31 shots on net, 26 hits and a minus-2 rating through 22 appearances this season.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Nets insurance tally

Amadio scored a goal on five shots in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Coyotes. Amadio scored the last goal in the game, deflecting in a Nicolas Hague shot attempt. The tally gave Amadio points in consecutive games for the first time this year. He has two goals, two assists, 28 shots, 24 hits and a minus-4 rating in 21 contests overall. He began the game on the top line, but head coach Bruce Cassidy has rotated a number of players into the spot alongside Chandler Stephenson and Mark Stone, with William Carrier also getting looks there in this game.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Picks apple in loss

Amadio notched an assist and two shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Sabres. Amadio has been in the lineup for five straight games, helping to overcome the absence of Jack Eichel (lower body). The assist was Amadio's first point since Oct. 24 and just his third point in 20 outings overall. He's added 23 shots on net, 23 hits and a minus-4 rating in mainly a bottom-six role, though he got a look on the top line late in Monday's contest. Amadio's production could rise if he sticks with Chandler Stephenson and Mark Stone beyond this game, but it's unlikely he'll do enough to earn attention in most fantasy formats.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Not seeing many chances to play

Amadio has been scratched for seven of the Golden Knights' last 10 games. Amadio saw a little playing time when Nicolas Roy was hurt, but it appears he's currently out of favor for a bottom-six center job. It's been 10 games since Amadio last recorded a point, and he has just one goal, one helpers, 15 shots on net, 17 hits and a minus-3 rating through 14 appearances overall. The 26-year-old will likely compete with Brett Howden (lower body) and Jake Leschyshyn for what amounts to a fourth-line job, so his presence or absence in the lineup won't make much of an impact in fantasy.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Scores against old team

Amadio scored a goal on four shots and added three hits in Monday's 3-1 win over the Maple Leafs. Amadio drew into three games with the Maple Leafs last year before he was claimed on waivers by the Golden Knights. He got a little revenge against his former team with a third-period tally Monday. The 26-year-old has appeared in three straight games, and he has a goal, an assist, nine shots on net and seven hits through four outings this season.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Posts assist in return to lineup

Amadio logged an assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Jets. Amadio had been a healthy scratch for the three previous games after playing in the season opener. He replaced Paul Cotter in the lineup Thursday, and the move paid off early when Amadio set up a William Karlsson goal 6:11 into the game. Even if he can play regularly, Amadio is nothing more than a bottom-six forward, so he's unlikely to be much of a factor in fantasy.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Will be scratched Thursday

Amadio will be a healthy scratch Thursday against Chicago, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports. Amadio got into Vegas' season opening 4-3 victory against Los Angeles on Tuesday. He had a shot and two hits in 9:46 minutes of ice time. He's expected to continue to serve as a depth forward throughout 2022-23.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Solid in depth role

Amadio finished 2021-22 with 18 points in 56 games between the Golden Knights and the Maple Leafs. Amadio spent the bulk of the season in Vegas, where he was able to establish new career highs in goals (11) and points. The 26-year-old was mainly a bottom-six option when he played, as the Golden Knights' depth when healthy left few opportunities to move up. He showed enough to earn a two-year contract extension in January, so he'll likely continue his limited role in 2022-23.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Scores in shootout loss

Amadio scored a goal, logged two hits and added two PIM in Wednesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Blackhawks. Amadio ended a five-game point drought with the tally. The 25-year-old has played in 52 of his 55 games with the Golden Knights, posting 11 goals, seven assists, 60 shots on net and a minus-1 rating through 52 contests. He's mainly played in a bottom-six role.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Picks up pair of points

Amadio scored a goal, dished an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Flames. Amadio reached the 10-goal mark with his second-period tally, and he also assisted on a William Karlsson goal in the third. This was Amadio's fourth multi-point effort of the season. The 25-year-old forward has 17 points, 54 shots on net, 32 hits and a plus-2 rating in 46 games since he joined the Golden Knights.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Scores on deflection

Amadio scored a goal and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Canucks. Amadio redirected a Jonathan Marchessault shot into the net at 4:26 of the second period. This was Amadio's second goal in the last seven games. He's seen middle-six usage lately, but with the Golden Knights getting healthier up front, his ice time could soon slip. The 25-year-old is at nine tallies, six assists, 53 shots on net, 32 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 45 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Stuffs in goal

Amadio scored a goal in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Kraken. Amadio got the puck through Chris Driedger at 7:03 of the third period in the midst of a net-front scramble. With injuries decimating the Golden Knights' forward group, Amadio played on the second line Wednesday. The 25-year-old forward has 14 points in 40 appearances for Vegas this year after going scoreless in three outings with the Maple Leafs earlier in the season.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Exits COVID protocols

Amadio cleared the league's COVID-19 protocols and will be in the lineup against Chicago on Saturday, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports. Amadio is back in the lineup following a three-game stint in the NHL's protocols. Prior to his absence, the Ontario native was rolling with a three-game point streak and could set a new personal best this year if he can generate just four more points.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Lands in protocols

Amadio was placed in COVID-19 protocols and will not play Monday against the Wild. Amadio will miss at least two games while stuck on the COVID-19 list. The 25-year-old has 13 points through 38 games while primarily skating in a bottom-six role with Vegas.

  • Golden Knights' Michael Amadio: Adds insurance tally

Amadio scored a goal and added two hits in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Kings. Amadio, a third-round pick for the Kings in 2014, got a little revenge against his old team with a goal late in the third period. He's on a modest three-game point streak (two goals, one assist). The 25-year-old is up to 13 points, 44 shots, 25 hits and a minus-3 rating while playing mainly in the bottom six through 38 contests with the Golden Knights this season.
