Provorov scored the game-winning goal in Philadelphia's 5-4 overtime victory over Chicago on Thursday. Provorov brought his 11-game goal slump to an end. This was the Flyers' season finale, so Provorov has completed the campaign with six markers and 27 points in 82 contests. He's surpassed the 25-point milestone in each of his first seven seasons, though he finished behind his 2021-22 totals of nine goals and 31 points.

Provorov went plus-3 with an assist in Friday's 5-2 win over the Sabres. This was the first point in eight games for Provorov, who's averaging a career low in TOI (00:55) on the power play. On a positive note, the 26-year-old defenseman has racked up 144 blocked shots through 68 games. Fantasy managers may still find him useful in deep leagues, but his stock has faded considerably since his career-high 41-point output in 2017-18.

  • Flyers' Ivan Provorov: Snaps slump with assist

Provorov logged an assist and blocked two shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Sharks. Provorov set up fellow defenseman Tony DeAngelo on the game-winning goal 1:10 into overtime. The assist ended a nine-game point drought for Provorov, whose hot start to the season is but a distant memory now. The 25-year-old blueliner has 13 points, 69 shots on net, 86 blocked shots, 55 hits and a minus-10 rating through 36 outings. His relentless defensive work keeps him in a top-four role, but fantasy managers in standard formats can likely find similar or better blue-line options on the waiver wire.

  • Flyers' Ivan Provorov: Registers four shots in loss

Provorov recorded four shots, one block and a minus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-4 defeat to Arizona. Provorov remains stuck in a 16-game goal drought despite averaging 1.94 shots over that stretch. During his slump, the 25-year-old defender has tallied just four helpers, including one with the man advantage, with his primary fantasy value coming from defensive stats. Still, with 12 points to start the season, Provorov should still be capable of reaching the 25-point threshold for the seventh consecutive campaign.

Provorov provided an assist, four shots on goal, three blocked shots and two PIM in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Islanders. The defenseman doesn't have to be steady on offense to help in fantasy formats that reward his physical play. The 25-year-old is at 10 points, 48 shots on net, 36 hits, 57 blocked shots, 10 PIM and a minus-5 rating through 22 outings.

  • Flyers' Ivan Provorov: Snaps slump in massive way

Provorov had two goals and an assist in a 6-3 loss to Toronto on Saturday. Provorov snapped an 11-game point drought in a big way. He tied it 2-2 in the second period when he wired a one-timer in the slot off a pretty pass from Kevin Hayes. And then he cut the lead to 4-3 at 12:23 in the third when his point shot deflected in off David Kampf's leg. This was the first time Provorov scored twice since Jan. 4, 2018 when he did the same against the Isles. His season has been an anchor around the necks of fantasy managers. Prior to Saturday's outburst, Provorov had just one assist in his previous 17 games.

  • Flyers' Ivan Provorov: Sets up goal in loss

Provorov registered an assist in Monday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Hurricanes. It's been a steady, yet unspectacular, campaign for Provorov in 2021-22. He's added five goals and 14 assists through 47 games to render him serviceable in countless formats, but only four power-play points keep Provorov distanced from the league's elite group of defensemen.

  • Flyers' Ivan Provorov: Fearless two-way display in win

Provorov collected an assist to complement seven blocked shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Kings. Provorov laid it all on the line in order to help the Flyers secure their first win in 14 games. Conversely, the Russian blueliner has been a disappointment for fantasy managers since he's whipped up only five goals and 12 assists through 41 contests. While 92 blocked shots qualify as a nice ancillary statistic for the 2015 seventh-overall draft pick, Provorov will be hard-pressed to reach the 30-point mark this season.
