  • Rangers' Cole Beaudoin: Recalled from minors

Beaudoin was summoned from AHL Hartford on Tuesday. The Rangers assigned Matthew Robertson to the minors in a corresponding move. Beaudoin has already notched one goal and four assists in two AHL games this season. He could make his NHL debut as early as Tuesday's matchup against the Islanders.

  • Rangers' Cole Beaudoin: Three points in AHL win

Beaudoin scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Hartford's 5-2 win over Lehigh Valley on Saturday. Beaudoin was part of a trade in July that sent Vincent Trocheck to the Mammoth. Saturday's game was Beaudoin's AHL debut, and he's already looking good at the minor-league level. It's safe to say the 20-year-old is a part of the Rangers' future, but the team may want him to get a full AHL campaign under his belt before pushing for an NHL job.

  • Rangers' Cole Beaudoin: Considered day-to-day

Beaudoin (undisclosed) is day-to-day, per Vince Z. Mercogliano of The Athletic on Sunday. Beaudoin will sit out Sunday's rookie game against Philadelphia because of an injury. It's unclear if he will be available to play for the Rangers during the preseason. He will likely report to AHL Hartford once he's healthy, but the 24th overall pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft could make his NHL debut at some point in the 2026-27 campaign. Beaudoin notched 33 goals and 88 points in 54 regular-season outings for OHL Barrie in 2025-26.

  • Rangers' Cole Beaudoin: Hopes to make Opening Night roster

Beaudoin said Friday that his goal is to make the Rangers' Opening Night roster ahead of the 2026-27 season, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports. Beaudoin was traded to the Rangers from the Mammoth in July, and the 20-year-old has an ambitious goal ahead of training camp after spending all of last year with OHL Barrie, where he recorded 33 goals and 55 points across 54 regular-season appearances. Beaudoin said that he's focused on refining his 200-foot game during the offseason, and the 2024 first-round pick could be in the mix to make his NHL debut during the 2026-27 campaign regardless of whether he's included on the Opening Night roster.

He's done his damage in six outings this postseason, while adding 22 shots on net and a plus-6 rating. Beaudoin scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Barrie's 6-5 overtime win over Oshawa on Sunday. Beaudoin had gone six games without a multi-point effort prior to Sunday. For the season, Beaudoin has really elevated his offense, racking up 32 goals and 86 points over 52 outings in his fourth junior campaign. • Mammoth's Cole Beaudoin: Rattles off hat trick, assist

Beaudoin scored three goals and added an assist in OHL Barrie's 7-4 win over North Bay on Sunday. Beaudoin has racked up five goals and five helpers over the last five contests. He appears to be out of the funk that he dipped into in late January. The Mammoth prospect is up to a career-best 65 points in just 39 OHL appearances, with 23 goals, 42 assists and a plus-33 rating. The 19-year-old will close out 2025-26 in the junior ranks, but he looks more than ready to step up to the AHL in 2026-27.

Beaudoin scored twice in OHL Barrie's 4-1 win over Ottawa on Friday. Beaudoin is up to 40 points (14 goals, 26 assists) in 23 games. The Mammoth prospect has elevated his play significantly this year and is already halfway to his career-best 28-goal effort from 2023-24. • Mammoth's Cole Beaudoin: Collects three points Saturday

Beaudoin scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Barrie's 4-3 win over Niagara on Saturday. Beaudoin has four goals and four assists over his last eight games after a big performance Saturday. On the year, he's now third in the OHL with 37 points (12 goals, 25 helpers) as the Colts' leading scorer. The Mammoth prospect came up just short of the point-per-game threshold in the last two years, but he's well above it this year, which should help the 19-year-old maintain momentum as he is likely in his last year of junior hockey.

  • Mammoth's Cole Beaudoin: Scores both goals in loss

Beaudoin scored twice on five shots in OHL Barrie's 3-2 shootout loss to North Bay on Sunday. Beaudoin is rolling early in the junior season, racking up 12 points in seven contests. The 19-year-old center has not reached a point-per-game pace in his first three seasons in the OHL, coming up one point shy last year (51 points in 52 regular-season outings). With a new gear on offense, Beaudoin is positioning himself well to make the leap to the AHL in 2026-27.

  • Hockey Club's Cole Beaudoin: Slight gains on offense in 2024-25

Beaudoin has earned 36 points over 35 contests with OHL Barrie this season. Beaudoin was slightly under the point-per-game mark in 2023-24 (62 points in 67 regular-season outings). The power forward also played at the World Junior Championship, racking up an assist and 27 PIM across five games. He plays a physical game, but he's only had one trip to the sin bin in OHL play and may not be a PIM source in the NHL. He's also unlikely to be a big scorer, but he could eventually emerge as a category-coverage player in a third-line role.
