Swayman stopped 20 of 26 shots in Tuesday's 7-4 loss to the Kraken. The seventh goal was an empty-netter.
Swayman allowed six goals for the third time in his last 10 outings, ending his brief two-game winning streak. The 27-year-old netminder has struggled with consistency at times, but this was his fourth-straight start, all of which have been on the road, and fatigue may have been a factor. He's now 16-11-2 on the season with a 2.91 GAA and a .901 save percentage through 30 appearances. The Bruins return home to face the Flames on Thursday, a team that beat them in overtime by a 2-1 score back on Dec. 29 in Calgary.

Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Starting in Seattle

Swayman will make his fourth straight start to wrap up the Bruins' road trip. He's allowed six goals on 90 shots over his last three outings. The Kraken are on the second half of a back-to-back after defeating the Flames by a 5-1 score Monday.

Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Picks up overtime win
Swayman stopped 31 of 33 shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Swayman won consecutive games for the first time since Dec. 6-9. The 27-year-old allowed both goals in the second period but was able to limit the damage there, and a second goal from Fraser Minten at 4:41 of overtime secured the Bruins' victory. Swayman is up to 16-10-2 with a 2.80 GAA and a .906 save percentage over 29 outings this season. He's not all the way back from last year's struggles, but Swayman is handling a No. 1 workload pretty well this year with a good chance to reach the 30-win mark for the first time in his career. The Bruins wrap up this five-game road trip in Seattle on Tuesday.

Despite the loss, Swayman's value in fantasy doesn't falter from being one of the best options between the pipes, as he hasn't lost back-to-back games since mid-October. He has a strong chance to post a new career high in wins if he can surpass the 22 he had through 58 appearances a year ago. Swayman's next chance to bounce back is Saturday against the new-look Canucks.

However, that was a rare misstep for Swayman, who has gone 11-4-0 in 15 starts with a 2.42 GAA and a .920 save percentage since the beginning of November.
