LOOK: Ryan Lochte memes have taken over Twitter and just keep getting better
A sad and odd situation has brought out the best from Twitter
Ryan Lochte has put himself in quite the predicament. The American swimmer is back in the United States after competing in Rio, but previously stated that he and three teammates were robbed at gun point a couple nights before leaving.
Now, Rio police have confirmed that no such robbery occurred and are holding his teammates for more questioning.
With all of this playing out through the Twittersphere, people are having quite a time poking fun at the situation.
