BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) Tyler Hall had 23 points and eight rebounds on Saturday and Montana State Bobcats overcame its cold shooting down the stretch to beat Southern Utah Thunderbirds 69-66.

The Bobcats (12-10, 5-4 Big Sky) shot 1 of 17 from the field to finish the game. Keljin Blevins' layup with 6:03 left made it 58-54 and was their only field goal over the final 12:41. In the final six minutes, Montana State made 11 of 15 from the foul line to hold its lead and snap a four-game losing streak.

Montana State built its lead with a 13-0 run capped at 56-44 by Hall's 3-pointer with 12:41 left. The Thunderbirds (8-12, 2-7) scored the next 10 points to get within two but got no closer.

Devonte Klines added 12 points and Konner Frey chipped in 11 with 3-of-4 3-point shooting for the Bobcats.

Jamal Aytes had 22 points on 11-of-15 shooting to lead Southern Utah. Jadon Cohee added 13 points and Dwayne Morgan scored 11.
