CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) Chris Lewis had a double-double and Christian Juzang scored 13 points with eight assists to help Harvard beat Yale 64-49 on Saturday night for its fifth win in a row.

Lewis shot 9 of 14 from the field and finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high tying four blocks. Seth Towns added 14 points and Justin Bassey scored 11 with eight rebounds for Harvard (14-11, 9-1 Ivy League).

Lewis scored the Crimson's first eight points before Towns made two free throws to make it 10-2 and six different Harvard players scored in a 17-0 run that made it 31-10 with four minutes left in the first half. Blake Reynolds scored seven in a row for the Bulldogs during a 19-8 spurt that trimmed Yale's deficit to 47-38 with 13 minutes left, but the Crimson scored seven of the next eight points, including five in a row by Towns, and led by double figures the rest of the way.

Reynolds led Yale (12-14, 5-5) with 11 points on 5-of-11 shooting. The rest of the Bulldogs' players shot 12 of 43 (27.9 percent) from the field.

Makai Mason made his season debut for the Bulldogs, finishing with eight points on 2-of-6 shooting in 21 minutes. The senior was a first-team all-Ivy League selection and led Yale in scoring (16.0 points per game) as a sophomore in 2015-16. He missed all of last season with a foot injury and a stress fracture in the same foot forced him to sit out the first 25 games this season.
