MACOMB, Ill. (AP) Joe Rosga knocked down five 3-pointers and scored 27 points to help spark Denver to an 89-52 win over Western Illinois in the Summit League regular season finale Saturday night.

Denver ended its regular season on a four-game win streak. The Pioneers entered Saturday's game tied with Fort Wayne for third, but the Mastodons lost to South Dakota State, 97-90 to fall to fourth.

The Pioneers (14-14, 8-6) open the conference tournament in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Saturday night with the No. 6 seed.

Denver roared to a 44-18 lead at intermission and cruised.

Daniel Amigo scored 20 points, Jake Pemberton added 14 points and Jake Krafka grabbed 13 rebounds.

The Leathernecks (12-15, 3-11) got 17 points from Kobe Webster and another 13 from Isaac Johnson.

Western Illinois finishes the regular season as the No. 8 seed into the tournament and face league champion South Dakota State in the tournament opener Saturday.
