Raptors' RJ Barrett: Out at least one week
The Raptors announced Wednesday that an MRI on Barrett's right knee revealed no structural damage, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports. He has been diagnosed with a sprain and will be re-evaluated in seven days before the team updates his status.
Though Barrett looks set to avoid surgery to address the knee injury he sustained in Sunday's win over the Nets, he'll be sidelined for at least a handful of games while he recovers from a sprain. If cleared to resume on-court work upon his re-evaluation, Barrett could conceivably return to action in the first week of December, though fantasy managers should prepare for the possibility of him missing further time beyond that. Ja'Kobe Walter entered the starting five in Barrett's stead in Monday's win over the Cavaliers but did little with the opportunity, finishing with five points, three rebounds and one assist in 24 minutes.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Ruled out vs. Pacers
Barrett (knee) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Pacers, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Considered day-to-day
Head coach Darko Rajakovic said Barrett (knee), who has already been ruled out for Monday's game against Cleveland, had imaging come back relatively positive, and he can be considered day-to-day, Vivek Jacob of the Raptors' official site reports.
Barrett sustained a sprained right knee in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the Nets. While the 25-year-old forward is set to miss at least the second leg of the team's back-to-back set, he can be considered questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pacers. The Raptors are expected to provide an update on his status by Tuesday night. With Barrett sidelined, Gradey Dick and Ja'Kobe Walter are candidates for increased playing time.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Ruled out Monday
Barrett (knee) will not play Monday against the Cavaliers, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.
Barrett suffered a right knee sprain in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the Nets after landing awkwardly following a dunk, but the severity of the sprain is not yet known. It's not a surprise that the Raptors are holding him out Monday, but fantasy managers will have to wait for more clarity. Ja'Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick could see more minutes in the short term as a result.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: To undergo further testing
Barrett (knee) will have imaging done Monday to determine the extent of his injury, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Barrett suffered a reported right knee sprain in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the Nets after landing awkwardly following a dunk, and he was unable to return. The 25-year-old forward can be considered doubtful for Monday's game against the Cavaliers until the Raptors provide an update on his status. If he is forced to miss time, Ja'Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick are candidates for increased roles.

Barrett exited to the locker room in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Nets due to an apparent right leg injury, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Barrett headed back to the locker room with 7:13 remaining in the third after landing awkwardly following a dunk. If the 25-year-old forward is unable to return, Ja'Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick are candidates to pick up the slack the rest of the way.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Co-leads Toronto in scoring Friday
Barrett tallied 24 points (9-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-8 FT), eight rebounds and four assists over 29 minutes during the Raptors' 140-110 win over the Wizards on Friday.
Barrett scored 10 of his 24 points in the third quarter, and his combined efforts with the likes of Brandon Ingram and Scottie Barnes helped the Raptors rush out to a large enough lead for the starters to sit for the final minutes of the fourth quarter. Barrett has averaged 19.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists over 31.3 minutes per game over his last 10 outings while shooting 47.3 percent from the field.

Barrett recorded 22 points (6-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 8-9 FT), three rebounds and four assists in 34 minutes during Wednesday's 121-112 victory over the 76ers.
Barrett has been integral to the team's success, tying with Brandon Ingram to lead the team in scoring Wednesday. Through 15 games, Barrett averages 19.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.3 blocks and 1.8 threes.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Scores team-high 22 points
Barrett finished with 22 points (9-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-4 FT), six rebounds and four assists across 28 minutes during Saturday's 129-111 victory over Indiana.
Barrett got back on track after a couple of subpar games, leading the Raptors with 22 points. After a hot start to the season, Barrett has settled back into his old ways, scoring inefficiently while adding very little on the defensive end. He has been outside the top 130 in seven games over the past two weeks, averaging 19.3 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 1.9 three-pointers while shooting 45.7 percent from the field and 68.4 percent from the line.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Drops 19 points in win
Barrett provided 19 points (7-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds and four assists in 33 minutes during Friday's 109-97 victory over Atlanta.
Barrett failed to record a defensive stat for just the third time all season, but still managed to get it done on the offensive end. He has scored at least 15 points in all but one game thus far, averaging 20.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.1 three-pointers in 32.4 minutes per game through nine appearances. Look for Barratt to continue his red-hot form when Toronto heads to Philadelphia on Saturday.

Barrett led all players in scoring and has recorded at least 20 points in back-to-back games. The 25-year-old swingman also dished out a season-high mark in assists. He has now posted 20-plus points in five of his seven regular-season appearances, averaging 20.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.3 steals in 32.6 minutes per contest.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Bounces back in win
Barrett finished Friday's 112-101 win over Cleveland with 20 points (8-15 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 36 minutes.
After scoring 10 points on 4-of-11 shooting in Wednesday's loss to Houston, Barrett bounced back and delivered his fourth 20-plus-point performance through six regular-season games. The 25-year-old forward also tied the team-high mark in steals and has racked up multiple swipes in four outings thus far. Barrett is shooting an efficient 57.8 percent from the field and 40.7 percent from downtown this season, averaging 19.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals in 32.0 minutes per contest.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Nets 16 points in loss
Barrett contributed 16 points (7-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and three assists across 28 minutes during Sunday's 139-129 loss to the Mavericks.
While Barrett has been providing solid stat lines through the first three games of the season, he's been converting an unsustainable 67.6 percent of his shot attempts. His minutes and usage rate are down this season, which is to be expected when a player of Brandon Ingram's caliber enters the equation. Consequently, Barrett's overall fantasy value may be a bit inflated at the moment.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Another efficient outing
Barrett provided 20 points (9-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-3 FT), six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and two steals over 33 minutes during Friday's 122-116 loss to Milwaukee.
Barrett went 9-for-12 from the field for a second straight game and finished as the Raptors' second-leading scorer behind Brandon Ingram (29). Barrett also logged two steals for a second consecutive game while responsible for two of Toronto's four blocks. The 2019 first-rounder is averaging 22.5 points on 75.0 percent shooting through the first two games of the regular season.

Barrett logged 25 points (9-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 138-118 victory over Atlanta.
The 25-year-old guard got his second full campaign with the Raptors off to a rousing start, popping for a game-high 25 points in an efficient performance. Barrett averaged career highs with 21.1 points and 5.4 assists per game in 2024-25, and he should be a key piece of the Toronto offense again this season.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Scores 25 points Friday
Barrett had 25 points (9-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 4-7 FT), four rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block across 33 minutes in Friday's preseason win over the Nets.
Barrett was the second-best scorer for the Raptors behind Scottie Barnes, who had 31 points while shooting 10-for-15 from the field. Barrett is expected to be one of Toronto's main offensive weapons as long as he's able to stay healthy. He's made fewer than 60 regular-season appearances in each of the last two seasons.
