LOOK: 15-year-old Jimi Hendrix drew fan art for USC, UCLA, Oregon and Cal
Who knew Jimi Hendrix was such a Pacific Coast Conference football fan?

Author and sportswriter Joe Posnanski paid a visit to the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland on Wednesday, and shared one of the rare Venn diagram overlaps between college football and, well, the world of people who've been inducted into the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame.
It turns out that as a 15-year-old growing up in Seattle, young James "Jimi" Hendrix took a shine to the football played in what was then called the Pacific Coast Conference -- or at least enough of a shine to draw a series of pictures of players from various PCC (now Pac-12) schools. Perhaps what's most interesting about the pictures, other than that they were drawn by a 15-year-old Jimi Hendrix: with the exception of Cal, the base uniforms of the teams depicted haven't changed much at all in the past 57 years.
