I don't know why he's playing it. He's Jim Harbaugh. He's kind of strange but in a wonderful way. He probably just saw the piccolo and decided that he was going to play it with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind, because that's how you attack the piccolo. You can't just pick up a piccolo and half-ass your way through it.

The piccolo will know.
