Notre Dame is the latest school to hop on the personalized gloves bandwagon, as the school's football equipment Twitter account -- yes, football equipment can have a Twitter account too -- tweeted out a picture of the new gloves on Tuesday.

Not surprisingly, the gloves feature the famous sign that has hung in the tunnel outside the Notre Dame locker room for years. Now, instead of touching the "Play Like A Champion Today" sign with ordinary gloves, Notre Dame players will touch the sign with gloves that say the same, giving them twice the championship playing ability.

Don't question it, it's science.

Of course, having twice the championship power will no doubt come in handy for a Notre Dame team that hasn't won an actual championship in 24 years.
