LSU released a video of Les Miles preparing for the unlimited text messages he, and other coaches, can now send to recruits.

While the biggest news of the day was the NCAA's decision to rescind the ban on satellite camps, the NCAA also gave the seal of approval to a recent rule change that now allows coaches to contact recruits via text messages and social media.

Long story short, coaches are now free to text recruits whenever they want, as often as they want.

Which means coaches like Les Miles have to keep their hands in shape for all those texts.
