Elijah Bryant: Returning overseas
Bryant signed a two-year contract Monday with Turkish club Anadolu Efes.
After starring in the EuroLeague with Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv last season, Bryant made the jump to the NBA in May, when he signed with Milwaukee. He made his NBA debut in the Bucks' regular-season finale and then appeared in 10 contests during the team's run to the NBA Finals. Milwaukee released Bryant earlier in the offseason before bringing him back on an Exhibit 10 deal and then waiving him at the conclusion of the preseason, but rather than reporting to the Bucks' G League affiliate (Wisconsin Herd), the 26-year-old will instead make the move back to Europe.

The Bucks released Bryant on Thursday.
The Bucks had released Bryant once (Sept. 26) earlier this year before re-signing him prior to October. He averaged 10.8 points across their four 2021 preseason games.

Bucks' Elijah Bryant: Strong performance Friday
Bryant accumulated 21 points (7-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), eight rebounds, two steals, one block and one assist in 29 minutes during Friday's 119-115 preseason loss to the Nets.
Bryant is on a training camp deal with Milwaukee, so Friday's strong performance could go a long way to helping him make the final roster.

Elijah Bryant: Brought back by Milwaukee
Bryant signed with a training camp deal with the Bucks on Wednesday, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
After initially being released by the team during the offseason, Bryant is back with the Bucks for the training camp. The 26-year-old won a ring with Milwaukee last season and will look to carve himself a roster spot throughout training camp.

The Bucks waived Bryant on Sunday, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
After a productive run in the EuroLeague with Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv, Bryant joined the Bucks in May and made his NBA debut in the regular-season finale, tallying 16 points and six rebounds in 32 minutes. Predictably, Bryant's opportunities took a hit during the team's run to the NBA championship, and he wasn't particularly effective over his 50 minutes of action during the postseason, totaling 14 points while shooting 35 percent from the field. If he can't latch on with another team before the start of the 2021-22 campaign, Bryant could pursue a return to Europe.

Bucks' Elijah Bryant: Makes mark in NBA debut
Bryant played 32 minutes off the bench in Sunday's 118-112 loss to the Bulls, finishing with 16 points (6-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one block.
The Bucks were already locked in as the Eastern Conference's No. 3 seed prior to tipoff, prompting head coach Mike Budenholzer to hold out several key contributors ahead of Sunday's regular-season finale. That allowed the Bucks to get a longer look at Bryant, who was making his NBA debut after Milwaukee signed him to a two-year deal earlier this month. The 26-year-old made a strong first impression Sunday, but it likely won't be enough for him to be featured in Budenholzer's rotation during the Bucks' first-round playoff series with the Heat.
