Samori Toure: Finds work in New Orleans
The Saints signed Toure to the practice squad Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Toure was most recently with the Broncos' practice squad last month after he spent the offseason with the Bears. Toure hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2023 with the Packers. He has a career 13-160-1 receiving line on 28 targets across 22 contests.

Toure spent time with Chicago during the offseason then inked with Denver's practice squad early October, though he wasn't elevated for game action during his stint with the Broncos. Toure agreed Sunday to sign with the Broncos' practice squad, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The wide receiver was waived by the Bears in August after catching five passes for 72 yards across three preseason games. A 2022 seventh-round draft pick of the Packers, Toure hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since Week 17 of the 2023 season.

Toure played in all three preseason games and finished with five catches (on seven targets) for 72 yards. Assuming he clears waivers, the 2022 seventh-rounder will look to catch on with a team in need of depth at wide receiver. Toure joined Chicago's practice squad after failing to make the Packers' 53-man roster out of training camp. The 2022 seventh-round selection never saw an opportunity on the Bears' active roster this past season but has appeared in 22 games previously for Green Bay, making 13 catches on 28 targets for 160 yards and a touchdown.

Toure failed to make the Packers' initial 53-man roster Tuesday and has since opted to sign with the Bears' practice squad. Toure missed the the Packers' regular season finale and both of the team's playoff contests last year while nursing a knee injury, but looks to be back to full strength ahead of the 2024 campaign. The wide receiver will likely provide Green Bay with an added depth option behind the likes of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed once again this season.
