Falcons' Dylan Drummond: One catch against Jets
Drummond caught one of three targets for three yards in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Jets.
Drummond didn't make much of an impact, even as the Falcons played without top wide receiver Drake London (knee). All four of Drummond's regular-season NFL catches have come over Atlanta's last two games heading into a Week 14 home game against the Seahawks. The 25-year-old wide receiver has caught four of six targets for 21 yards over that span.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Signed to active roster
The Falcons signed Drummond to the active roster from their practice squad Friday, Will McFadden of the team's official site reports.
Drummond had already appeared in three games with Atlanta while on the practice squad and is now set to join the active roster. The 25-year-old has caught three passes for 18 yards and should serve as a depth receiver and special teamer going forward.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Reverts to practice squad
Drummond reverted to the Falcons' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Drummond was elevated from Atlanta's practice squad Saturday and played 15 offensive snaps during the Falcons' 24-10 win over the Saints on Sunday. He finished that game with three catches on as many targets for 18 yards and returned the opening kickoff for 25 yards. Drummond has been elevated from the practice squad a maximum of three times this season, so he'll have to be signed to Atlanta's active roster in order to continue to play for the Falcons this season. That is a real possibility, given that Drake London (knee) is considered week-to-week due to a PCL sprain.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Bumped up to roster for Week 12
The Falcons elevated Drummond from their practice squad Saturday, Tori McElhaney of the team's official site reports.
Drummond's presence is needed due to Drake London (knee) being ruled out for Week 12. Drummond will likely serve in a depth wideout role Sunday, as he did after his previous two elevations this season, when he tallied seven total offensive snaps without seeing any targets across Weeks 8 and 9. Since Drummond has now been elevated three times, Atlanta would need to sign him to the active roster in order for the Eastern Michigan product to play again for the team during the regular season beyond Week 12.

Dylan Drummond: Reverts to practice squad
Drummond reverted to the Falcons' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Drummond played just one snap on offense without recording a stat during the Falcons' 24-23 loss to the Patriots on Sunday. It was his second elevation to the active roster this season, which makes him eligible to be called up from the practice squad by Atlanta once more before he has to be signed to the active roster in order to continue suiting up for the team in 2025.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Joins active roster
Drummond was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
Drummond has once again been elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Patriots. Drummond played six offensive snaps during the Week 8 loss to the Dolphins. The elevation provides additional receiving depth to a corps that has been banged up. Both Drake London and Darnell Mooney are clear of injury designation following Friday's practice, but Drummond's presence will still provide additional safety at the wide receiver position.

Dylan Drummond: Returns to practice squad
Drummond reverted to the Falcons' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Drummond was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Dolphins, failing to record any stats while playing six snaps on offense. The wide receiver ranked fourth in snaps at his position behind David Sills (45), Darnell Mooney (45) and KhaDarel Hodge (33). If Drake London (hip) remains unavailable in Week 9, Drummond could be elevated again prior to the team's matchup with the Patriots.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Bumps up to active roster
The Falcons elevated Drummond from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Drummond opted to stick around in Atlanta as a member of the practice squad after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. Week 8 will be his first elevation of the season, and he would give the Falcons an extra body on special teams and depth at wide receiver if Drake London (hip) is not cleared to play against the Dolphins on Sunday.

Dylan Drummond: Signed to Atlanta's practice squad
The Falcons signed Drummond to the practice squad Wednesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Drummond finished the preseason with 14 catches (on 17 targets) for 96 yards in three games but was unable to crack the Falcons' 53-man roster. He'll remain in Atlanta on the team's practice squad for a second-straight season and could be elevated to the active roster if the Falcons require depth at wide receiver.

Dylan Drummond: Cut by Atlanta
The Falcons waived Drummond on Tuesday, Terrin Waack, Will McFadden and Tori McElhaney of the team's official site report.
Drummond made a strong impression in the Falcons' preseason opener against the Lions, finishing with eight catches on as many targets for 63 yards. He accumulated just six catches (on nine targets) for 33 yards over the final two exhibition contests, and his overall performance in training camp and the preseason wasn't enough for him to crack the Falcons' 53-man roster. Drummond spent most of the 2024 season on the Falcons' practice squad, and he could reprise that role for the 2025 campaign if he clears waivers.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Busy day in preseason opener
Drummond caught all eight of his targets for 63 yards during Friday's 17-10 preseason loss to the Lions.
Drummond spent the entire 2024 campaign on the Falcons' practice squad, and the familiarity paid off, as he had a big performance in the preseason opener. However, he hasn't played in an NFL regular-season game since 2023 with the Lions, and there's stiff competition for the final wideout spots behind the returning top guys: Drake London, Darnell Mooney (shoulder), Ray-Ray McCloud and KhaDarel Hodge. Given Jamal Agnew's return abilities, he'll likely take the fifth spot, leaving Drummond to compete with Casey Washington, DJ Chark, David Sills and Chris Blair for potentially only one spot.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Staying in Atlanta
Drummond signed a reserve/future contract with the Falcons on Monday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Drummond spent his 2024 campaign with the Falcons' practice squad after failing to make the active roster in late August. He was elevated to the active roster ahead of Atlanta's Week 16 win over the Giants but was a healthy scratch on game day. Expect Drummond to compete for a depth spot in the Falcons' wide-receiver corps this offseason.

Dylan Drummond: Reverts to practice squad
Drummond reverted to the Falcons' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
The second-year wide receiver was inactive for Sunday's blowout win over the Giants since wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge (ribs) was cleared to play ahead of the matchup. Drummond's elevation status should now be contingent on the health of Atlanta's receiving corps heading into a matchup against the Commanders in Week 17.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Inactive for Week 16
Drummond (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Drummond was elevated from the Falcons' practice squad Saturday for the first time this season. However, he will not suit up Sunday due to KhaDarel Hodge (ribs) being cleared to play. Drummond's next opportunity to be elevated to the active roster will be for Week 17 against the Commanders on Sunday, Dec. 29.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Elevated for Week 16
The Falcons elevated Drummond from the practice squad Saturday.
Drummond's elevation coupled with Chris Blair's signing to the 53-man roster would seem to indicate KhaDarel Hodge (ribs) is on the wrong side of the questionable tag ahead of Sunday's game against the Giants. Drummond appeared in one game for the Lions last season, playing five snaps on offense and another three on special teams. He's yet to see action in 2024 and is still looking for his first NFL target.

Dylan Drummond: Inks with practice squad
Drummond signed with the Falcons' practice squad on Wednesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Drummond caught six passes for 22 yards during the preseason, which wasn't enough to make the team's final roster. However, the Eastern Michigan product was able to show enough to stick around in the organization as practice-squad depth.

Dylan Drummond: Cut by Atlanta
Drummond was waived by the Falcons on Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the team's official website reports.
Drummond signed with the Falcons in May, reeling in six catches for 22 yards during the preseason. If the wide receiver clears waivers, his most likely next landing spot is right back with Atlanta as a member of the team's practice squad.

Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Inks deal with Atlanta
The Falcons signed Drummond on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The Eastern Michigan product was most recently with the Giants' practice squad, but he's now been given a new opportunity in Atlanta. Drummond's only in-game action came Week 5 of the 2023 NFL season with the Lions, playing a total of eight snaps and failing to record a single stat. Expect Drummond to compete for a depth role in Atlanta's wide receiver room as the offseason unfolds.

Dylan Drummond: Joins Giants practice squad
New York signed Drummond to its practice squad Thursday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Drummond has found a new home just one day after the Lions dropped him from their practice squad. The rookie wideout signed with Detroit as an undrafted free agent this offseason, and he's appeared in one game thus far, playing eight total snaps (five offensive and three on special teams).

Dylan Drummond: Gets let go
Drummond was cut from the Lions' practice squad Wednesday.
Drummond joined Detroit in the spring as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Michigan. After being unable to make the squad out of camp, he secured a practice squad spot, which resulted in one elevation to the active roster in Week 5 against the Panthers. In a corresponding move, the Lions signed fellow wideout Tom Kennedy to the practice squad.
