Angels' Adam Cimber: Jettisoned from 40-man roster

The Angels designated Cimber (shoulder) for assignment Monday.

Cimber had been on the 15-day injured list while rehabbing a right shoulder injury but is now off the team's 40-man roster. The right-handed reliever has posted an unsightly 7.03 ERA and 19:14 K:BB over 24.1 innings out of the bullpen this season.
