Angels' Jordyn Adams: Sent down to Triple-A

The Angels optioned Adams to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.

The move doesn't come as a surprise, as Adams is buried on the Angels' outfield depth chart. He went just 5-for-39 during his brief time in the majors last season.
