Angels' Jose Briceno: Outrighted to Triple-A

Briceno cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Salt Lake on Friday.

The 28-year-old had a brief stint in the majors this season and appeared in two games, but he's now been removed from the 40-man roster. Briceno should continue to serve as organizational catching depth for the Angels.
