Moniak will start in right field and bat eighth in Sunday's game against the Red Sox.
Moniak will draw his third straight start, all of which have come against right-handed starting pitchers. Aaron Hicks has now sat twice during that three-game stretch and appears to be the Angels' No. 4 outfielder, though Hicks should play ahead of Moniak against left-handed pitching.
