Athletics' Josh Phegley: Back from IL

Phegley (thumb) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Friday.

Phegley took the field with High-A Stockton on Thursday, and after collecting a pair of base hits, the Athletics have deemed him ready to return. Dustin Garneau was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
