Athletics' Wandisson Charles: Dealing with visa issues

Charles (undisclosed) will be a late arrival to spring training due to visa issues, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Charles didn't pitch in 2021 due to an undisclosed injury, and he'll be unable to join the Athletics for the start of spring training since he remains in the Dominican Republic. It's not yet clear whether he'll be healthy once he ultimately reports to camp, but he'll likely begin the 2022 campaign in the minors.
