Blue Jays' Junior Fernandez: Clears waivers and outrighted

Fernandez cleared waivers and was sent outright to Triple-A Buffalo by the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

Fernandez was designated for assignment for the fourth time this winter, and this time went unclaimed by another organization. He'll be organizational depth for the Blue Jays in 2023.
