Copeland was reassigned to minor league camp Saturday, the Toronto Star's Brendan Kennedy reports.
The 28-year-old righty should head to Triple-A at the start of the season to serve as a swingman and as organizational bullpen depth. He had a 6.46 ERA in five appearances (three starts) in the majors last season.
