Braves' Jorge Juan: Signs minors contract with ATL

Juan signed a minor-league contract Tuesday with Atlanta.

Juan pitched well with the High-A affiliate of the Athletics in early 2023 but stumbled to a 5.66 ERA across 35 innings following his May promotion to Double-A Midland. The 24-year-old right-hander holds a career 4.53 ERA and 217:123 K:BB in 173 professional innings.
